Pay: $24.00 – $29.50/hour

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support operational hiring initiatives and serve as a key partner to hiring managers across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts, identifying top talent, and helping improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a collaborative team environment while supporting critical hiring needs across multiple business areas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of operational and corporate positions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies
  • Source candidates through networking, educational institutions, professional organizations, referral sources, and other recruiting channels
  • Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with employer branding and recruiting marketing initiatives
  • Support improvements to recruiting systems, processes, and workflows
  • Compile recruiting metrics and generate reports to support hiring decisions
  • Provide guidance regarding employment policies, procedures, and recruiting best practices
  • Deliver recruiting-related communications and training to managers and employees
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Stay current on employment laws, talent acquisition trends, and industry best practices

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

Preferred

  • Corporate or internal recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience supporting operational, field, or high-volume hiring
  • Experience with recruiting metrics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
