Our client is seeking a highly capable, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Co‑Founders of an emerging firm. This is a true right‑hand EA/operations hybrid role with significant exposure across executive support, office operations, event planning, vendor management, investor relations support, and firm-building initiatives. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, resourceful, and excited by the opportunity to help build infrastructure at a growing investment platform from the ground floor. Hours are fluid and require flexibility for occasional after‑hours and weekend responsiveness, and the role follows a hybrid 4/1 schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑level executive support to the firm’s Co‑Founders, including complex calendar management and scheduling
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, detailed itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
- Manage office operations, vendor relationships, and firm infrastructure needs
- Assist with office buildout projects and workplace initiatives
- Research, evaluate, and coordinate benefits, insurance, technology, and operational vendors
- Support CRM management, investor communications, and relationship tracking
- Coordinate conferences, annual meetings, offsites, board sessions, and firm events
- Manage branding, marketing, presentation, and communications projects with outside vendors
- Prepare materials, pitch decks, event collateral, and executive communications
- Oversee special projects and firm-wide initiatives from planning through execution
- Anticipate leadership needs and proactively identify solutions before issues arise
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or founders
- Experience in finance, private equity, professional services, or similarly fast-paced environments preferred
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Interest in operations, firm-building, and growing responsibilities beyond traditional EA work
- Familiarity with CRM systems, presentation preparation, and technology tools
- Comfortable leveraging AI and technology to improve efficiency
- Prior experience working in-office environments strongly preferred (not fully remote)

Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $115K-$150K base salary + bonus
