Our client, a private equity firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Executive Assistant to join their team. This position will start ASAP and will be in-office 5 day. Hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (flexibility required) for about 2-3 months. Hourly rate is up to $50/hr DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to team, including complex calendar coordination
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics for 5-6 team members
- Handle expenses and reporting
- Anticipate needs and proactively problem-solve
- Multitask across competing priorities with strong attention to detail
- Collaborate with EA team for coverage and shared responsibilities
- Assist with office operations, events, and offsites
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Executive Assistant or similar experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience supporting multiple time zones
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with Concur, DocuSign, Notion, or Canva preferred
- Resourceful, proactive, and team-oriented
- Professional, warm demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
