Our client is seeking a highly strategic, hospitality‑driven leader to oversee its global dining, hospitality, workplace experience, and conference services functions across multiple international offices. This is a senior executive leadership role responsible for defining and delivering a world‑class hospitality program within a premier global investment firm. The ideal candidate brings a blend of luxury hospitality expertise, operational excellence, and executive presence, with the ability to lead large-scale global programs while continuously elevating service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and evolve a global hospitality and dining program across multiple international offices
- Oversee dining operations, hospitality services, conference centers, reception, and wellness programs
- Establish and maintain best‑in‑class service standards globally while allowing for regional customization
- Partner with senior leadership on workplace experience, client hospitality, and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships, culinary partners, hospitality operators, and service providers
- Develop and oversee hospitality budgets while maintaining exceptional service quality
- Create elevated dining experiences that support employee productivity, wellness, and collaboration
- Coordinate executive, investor, and VIP client hospitality experiences with white‑glove precision
- Partner with Real Estate, Workplace Operations, and Design teams on office buildouts and new locations
- Implement performance metrics, reporting, and operational standards across all regions
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, business continuity planning, and risk management protocols
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of senior hospitality leadership experience
- Experience leading hospitality, dining, or workplace experience programs across multiple locations
- Background in luxury hospitality, private clubs, financial services, or high‑end corporate environments strongly preferred
- Proven success managing large‑scale dining and hospitality operations
- Strong executive presence with experience interacting directly with C‑suite leadership and key stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and project management skills
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Ability to balance white‑glove service standards with operational efficiency
- Demonstrated success leading teams through growth, transformation, and change
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Global mindset with appreciation for regional and cultural nuances
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $300K base salary + discretionary bonus
