Our client, a Strategic Communications firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary to Permanent Executive Assistant to the CEO. The role is hybrid, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday onsite. Hours are 9am-6pm with flexibility for overtime. The temp duration is typically three months ahead of a conversion. Up to $70K-80K base depending on experience. Temp rate paid in line.

As Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO, you will serve as a trusted partner responsible for managing schedules, communications, travel, logistics, and day-to-day operations. You will help maximize the CEO’s effectiveness while also supporting the smooth functioning of the New York office; this is an amazing opportunity to work closely with a founder and leadership team helping shape the future of a rapidly growing agency

This role requires excellent judgment, attention to detail, discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
* Prioritize and organize incoming requests, meetings, and commitments
* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
* Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up action items
* Manage expense reports and administrative paperwork
* Draft, proofread, and organize correspondence and communications
* Track key deadlines, projects, and deliverables
* Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison with clients, media, partners, and internal team members
* Assist with special projects and research as needed
* Help oversee day-to-day office operations
* Manage office vendors, supplies, and facilities needs
* Coordinate in-office meetings, events, and team gatherings
* Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires
* Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and productive office environment
* Coordinate with building management and service providers as needed
* Assist with select personal scheduling and logistics
* Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, and travel arrangements
* Help manage household-related administrative tasks when needed
* Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Chief of Staff, or similar role
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and modern productivity tools
* Experience supporting senior executives preferred
