Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support a growing team within a leading private equity firm. This is a high-volume team support role requiring strong calendar management, travel coordination, and administrative execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and relationship-focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive amid changing priorities. Hours are generally 9:00am-5:00pm with occasional flexibility for early or late meetings, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to investment professionals and business teams as assigned
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics
- Process expense reports and support administrative workflows
- Schedule meetings, conference calls, and team events
- Draft, proofread, and manage professional email correspondence
- Coordinate meeting materials, conference room reservations, and related logistics
- Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documentation
- Serve as a professional point of contact for executives, team members, and external contacts
- Support special projects and ad hoc administrative initiatives
- Partner closely with the broader administrative team to provide seamless coverage and support
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving team needs
Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of administrative, Executive Assistant, or related support experience
- Experience with calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination
- Strong Outlook proficiency required
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail
- Experience supporting professionals in financial services, professional services, legal, consulting, or related environments preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative working style
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Desire to grow within an administrative career path
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $90K-$100K base salary + discretionary bonus
