A sophisticated, family investment office is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and oversee day‑to‑day office operations. This role sits at the center of the organization and requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and organizational skill.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior investment leadership
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow‑up documentation
- Oversee daily office operations and vendor coordination
- Serve as a liaison with external partners including legal, financial, and advisory firms
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel and meeting logistics
- Maintain highly organized digital and physical records, including confidential materials
- Assist with preparation, tracking, and organization of investment and governance documents
- Provide select administrative, personal, or philanthropic support as appropriate

- 7+ years supporting senior executives in a high‑touch/professional services environment
- Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion
- Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
