Executive Assistant
Contract Role – 7 Months (Maternity Leave Coverage)
Compensation: $70,000-$78,000 (annualized)
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support during a 7‑month maternity leave coverage. This is a full-time contract position and an excellent opportunity for an EA who enjoys stepping into an established role, quickly building trust, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
- Arrange domestic and occasional international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting
- Serve as a key point of contact, handling communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials as needed
- Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, and follow-up items
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive and time-sensitive information
- Support ad hoc projects and administrative needs to ensure continuity during the leave period
Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting executives or senior leadership
- Strong calendar management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to quickly adapt, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
