About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support a group of senior leaders within a fast‑paced financial services environment. This position plays a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly across a high‑visibility team with frequent client interaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting, communicates warmly and professionally, and is comfortable managing multiple competing priorities at once.
You’ll support 2 executives (MDs, Directors, and VPs), coordinate complex scheduling, and serve as a central point of contact for both internal colleagues and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Calendars
- Manage intricate calendars for several executives, proactively resolving conflicts and anticipating scheduling needs.
Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel, monitor itinerary changes, and handle timely expense reports.
Meetings & Events
- Organize meetings, conferences, and team sessions-including space reservations, catering, materials, and A/V needs.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a primary liaison for your executives, preparing polished communication and maintaining strong relationships across teams.
Teamwide Support
- Provide guidance to junior administrative team members, share best practices, and contribute to a collaborative, solutions‑oriented environment.

Qualifications
- Typically 6+ years of administrative or executive support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
- Experience with calendar management, inbox oversight, and preparing/editing professional documents
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
