Executive Assistant/Office Manager to $120K – Hybrid Work Model Offered!
A boutique family office is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their executives and the office space. This individual will work with executives to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and efficient management of schedules and tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, multi-tasking skills, and excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities will include scheduling and calendar management, expense report management, coordinating and scheduling recurring meetings, gathering and compiling materials for meetings, general administrative support for the finance team, and special projects as needed. To qualify, you must have 6+ years of experience working for senior level executives, be proficient with Microsoft Suite, have a high level of reliability and professionalism, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and previous experience in finance or professional services is a plus!
