Our client, a dynamic financial services firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join their growing team! This dual-role position will provide strategic support to the CEO and co-founder while overseeing all office operations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate is an energetic go-getter with 2+ years of administrative experience.

- Responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for clients and visitors; managing executive calendar, travel coordination, and strategic planning support; overseeing daily office operations including kitchen, supplies, and equipment maintenance; leading document management processes and training initiatives; coordinating client appreciation programs and company events; supporting quarterly bonus calculations and board materials; managing vendor relationships and administrative onboarding; and handling various leadership projects.
- The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel), strong attention to detail with ability to handle confidential information, self-motivation with excellent problem-solving abilities, and genuine interest in financial services with desire to develop within the firm.
