Our client, a biotechnology company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Chief Commercial Officer and senior leadership team! This role will manage complex administrative operations for 5-6 executives who are actively expanding their teams. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of EA experience in life sciences.

- Responsibilities include managing calendars and coordinating meetings for multiple executives; arranging domestic and international travel; processing complex expense reports and invoice submissions; supporting interview scheduling and coordination as leadership builds their teams; organizing leadership meetings including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action item follow-through; coordinating departmental communications across field staff and internal teams; planning and executing off-site meetings and events from start to finish; editing and proofreading presentations and documents; managing contracts with legal and third-party vendors; and driving timelines for departmental initiatives and projects.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of administrative support experience in a global environment; expert-level written and verbal communication skills; exceptional organizational abilities with high attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems; proven ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment; and the ability to remain calm and resource in the face of challenges.
