Executive Assistant to $100K – Support a High-Impact HR Function!
Our client, a leading global investment firm. Is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide critical administrative support to senior HR leadership. In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage complex scheduling, coordinate key HR processes, and serve as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, client service, and supporting work that touches recruiting and performance management.
Position Details:

- Responsibilities include managing heavy calendars and meeting logistics; coordinating domestic travel and processing expense reports; preparing, editing, and organizing HR documentation across Office Suite tools; overseeing invoice tracking and supporting HR events and team activities; maintaining organized digital files and completing updates in the HRIS; coordinating interview schedules, candidate communication, and recruiting logistics; supporting onboarding tasks including background checks and activity tracking; scheduling performance discussions and preparing materials; running reports and assisting with system testing and administrative projects as needed.
- The ideal candidate possesses administrative and HR coordination experience in a corporate or professional services environment; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort navigating Workday; excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across varying personalities; exceptional attention to detail, organization, and responsiveness in a fast‑moving environment; a proactive, resourceful approach with strong ownership mindset; and discretion handling confidential information.
