Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an Operations Manager to optimize administrative and office functions across a key regional footprint. This role focuses on driving team performance and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience in administrative leadership with a strong track record of team management.

- Responsibilities include overseeing a multi-office Administrative support team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management; aligning EA support with evolving business needs while improving workflows and processes; overseeing day-to-day office operations, including facilities, vendor relationships, space planning inclusive of real estate projects; managing budgets and identifying efficiencies for the ultimate goal of having a world class office environment; supporting internal events and key business initiatives; partnering with cross-functional stakeholders on operational programs, such as the corporate travel program; and a mindset of driving continuous improvement across policies, procedures, and service delivery.
- The ideal candidate possesses 15+ years of relevant administrative team management experience; demonstrated success leading and developing large, high-performing teams; credibility and experience driving change across an organization; background within fast-paced professional services environments and strong problem-solving capabilities; ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making; and a hands-on, low-ego approach with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
