Title: Office Manager
Duties:
- Manage the front desk and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments for truck maintenance
- Oversee training and development programs for office staff
- Ensure installation schedule is efficent
- Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
- Provide onboarding and training to new staff members
- Communicate daily with owner of concerns
- Oversee daily tasks over different divisions
- Be self motivated to correct ineffciencies within the organization
- Maintain a professional demeanor
- Execute disiplinary actions when needed
- Lead in a way to enhance the customer experience as well as driving sales
- Accountable for daily sales and installation goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of service industry is a plus
- Ability to manage a team and provide leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
