About the Role:
A global manufacturing company is looking to add a Junior Pricing Analyst to their corporate finance team. This is a collaborative and fast-paced environment that offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact commercial decisions on a global scale. This role will partner closely with Sales, FP&A, and Product teams to develop data-driven pricing proposals that support growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the creation and execution of customer pricing proposals based on margin targets, market intelligence, and cost inputs

Analyze product pricing, sales trends, and margin performance across global regions

Collaborate with Sales, FP&A, and Product Management to align pricing decisions with business objectives

Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support ongoing pricing reviews

Provide timely and accurate pricing analysis to support quoting, contracts, and negotiations

Monitor pricing performance and identify areas of opportunity or risk

Assist in standardizing pricing practices and documentation across global business units

Maintain pricing databases and ensure data integrity within ERP and pricing systems
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field

1+ years of experience in a pricing, financial analysis, or business analysis role (preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B setting)

Strong Excel skills, including use of formulas like SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic modeling

Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, FP&A, and other business units

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate data into actionable insights

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:

Experience utilizing data tools such as PowerBI, SQL, R, or Python is a plus

Exposure to global markets or multi-currency pricing environments

Familiarity with cost-plus, value-based, or competitive pricing methodologies
