Payroll Administrator – Andover, MA
Our client, a well-established organization within the manufacturing and technology sector, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support high-volume payroll operations. This role focuses on processing hourly and salaried payroll, maintaining accurate employee data, and supporting timekeeping and payroll-related inquiries in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment.
Responsibilities
- Process weekly and biweekly payroll for a large employee population, including hourly and salaried staff
- Review and validate timekeeping data, including hours worked, PTO usage, and approvals
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and related system data
- Support payroll adjustments such as bonuses, reimbursements, and miscellaneous payments
- Run standard payroll reports and assist with payroll-to-GL reconciliation support
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and assist with changes to pay, deductions, and direct deposit
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience in a mid-to-large organization
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP Workforce Manager required (Workday acceptable as comparable)
