HR Director
Location: Hybrid in Boston (onsite 2 days/week)
Our client in the housing & development space is looking to hire an HR Director to manage HR on a daily basis across the organization, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, systems, performance management, HR operations, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee new employee onboarding and orientation to the organization
- Manage benefits administration (including 401k), open enrollment, leaves of absence, and more
- Serve as the primary administrator for the company HRIS and provide necessary support & training to employees
- Develop and communicate company policies, procedures, and programs to employees and managers
- Advise managers and leadership on employee relations issues and performance management
- Develop and conduct company HR trainings
Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience working in human resources
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
