Senior HR Generalist
Location: Hybrid in Boston (4 days/week onsite)
Our client, an established, Boston-based professional services firm, is looking to hire a Senior HR Generalist to join their team to support benefits and payroll administration, employee relations, recruitment, HRIS, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefit programs (health, dental, life, short and long-term disability, workers comp, 401(k), and more)
- Process bi-weekly payroll & generate related reports
- Support recruitment, HRIS maintenance and reporting, and employee relations
- Organize and lead new hire onboarding and orientation
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on benefits and payroll administration
- Strong HRIS experience (Paylocity experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and professional communication skills
- Sound judgment, especially with confidential information
