Head of Talent Management
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 2 days/week)
Our client, a Boston-based tech company, is looking to hire a Head of Talent Management to lead global talent management strategy across the employee lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with leadership on initiatives geared towards developing employees at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Design programs to support and develop employees, including onboarding, mentoring, training, coaching opportunities, and leadership development programming
- Drive organization-wide performance management strategy and process, including developing a project plan, training managers, and collecting feedback for improvement and streamlining
- Work with managers to understand department-specific needs to develop targeted learning opportunities
- Manage a team focused on implementing talent strategy globally
- Identify ways to leverage technology to improve talent management offerings
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of leadership experience in talent management
- Experience working in a global company
- Experience managing a team in the talent management and L&D space
- Proven ability to scale talent management initiatives
- Strong analytical skills
