- 5+ years of experience in resource management, staffing, HR business partnering, or talent management.
- Consulting industry experience, required.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable utilizing systems, such as Salesforce and Kimble.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a track record of developing people and solving complex resourcing issues.
The salary range for this role is $90k-$100k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
