Our client, a prominent pharmaceutical company, is seeking a well-rounded Associate Director of Compensation to join their Jersey City team! The ideal candidate will have experience managing all compensation programs, including the design, development, and implementation of fresh compensation programs. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience developing labor market surveys, developing broad-based and bonus plans, coupled with developing sales or executive incentive programs. - Bachelor’s degree, required
- 10+ years of experience in developing and administering compensation programs, required.
- 4+ years of labor market survey experience, required.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar industry, highly preferred.
The salary range for this role is $175k-$210k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
