- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within global, multi-national companies.
- High degree of emotional intelligence, intellect, and operational prowess.
- Ability to lead and navigate solutions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
The pay rate for this role is $40/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
