Key Details:
· 8-15 years of experience in total rewards, benefits, compensation, and payroll, required.
· Proven leadership experience overseeing multi-state payroll operations, required.
· Strong background in benefits strategy and vendor management, required.
· Hands-on experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), preferred.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, required.
· Experience in compensation design and HRIS management, required.
The salary for this role is $175k-199K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
