- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR project management or HR business partner experience in professional services; law firm experience preferred.
- Strong experience managing cyclical HR processes including performance management, compensation, and talent planning.
- Proficiency in HR systems; Workday experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive chance.
The salary for this position is $129,000-$210,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
