Our client, a leading global real estate and investment management firm, is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join its New York City team. This six-month contract role offers the opportunity to lead complex workplace investigations and partner closely with HR, legal, and business leaders to resolve sensitive employee relations matters. The ideal candidate will bring strong investigative expertise, a deep understanding of employment law, and the ability to navigate high-stakes situations with professionalism and discretion. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of dedicated employee relations experience with demonstrated success leading complex investigations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear, well-documented findings and recommendations.
- Experience operating in large, matrixed environments; professional services or corporate setting preferred.
- Spanish language proficiency a plus.
The hourly pay for this position is $40-$52.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
