Our client, a global pharmaceutical organization, is seeking an Associate Director of Compensation to join its Human Resources team. This role offers the opportunity to manage the company’s entire compensation function, including the design, development, and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be a compensation expert with experience managing long-term incentive plans along with designing and administering broad-based and executive compensation. - Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, Human Resource Management, or a related field, required; master’s degree preferred.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation, preferred.
- 10+ years of experience developing and administering compensation programs, including broad based compensation and bonus plans.
- 4+ years of experience conducting labor market surveys and using market data to develop competitive salary structures.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar industry, preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with professional presence.
The salary for this position is $200,000-$210,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
