Our client, global financial services organization, is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join their New York City team. This role will support the day-to-day operations of a high-performing, fast-paced HR function, including handling employee inquiries, coordinating onboarding and departures, administering benefits, maintaining Workday data, and producing ongoing HR reporting. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, required.
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience within a financial services environment, required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion, operate with strong judgment, and balance multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
The salary for this position is $90,000-$100,000/year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
