Our client, an arts organization, is seeking a Temp HR Administrator to join their team for a 2-3 month contract with potential to extend. This role will focus on a critical HR data clean-up and file audit project, ensuring employee records are compliant, organized, and accurately maintained within the HRIS system. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 5+ years of HR experience, including hands-on file audit and HR data clean-up projects required.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets required.
- Strong understanding of employment record retention requirements and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and confidently identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in temporary or project-based HR roles preferred.
The pay for this role is $36-$41/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
