- Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 1+ years of recruiting coordination or high-volume interview scheduling experience, required.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong client-service mentality with a polished, professional communication style.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong follow-through.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS preferred).
- Proficiency in Outlook and comfortable managing heavy calendar scheduling.
- Excited about recruiting and interested in long-term growth within HR or Talent Acquisition.
The pay for this position is $25-$27.83/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
