This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting the Senior Director of HR & Administration in a small, collaborative department. The ideal candidate brings well-rounded HR expertise with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration, and thrives in a small company environment. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 3+ years of well-rounded Human Resources experience, required.
- Strong recruitment experience, including screening, interviewing, and full-cycle hiring, required.
- Small company experience, required.
- Non-profit experience, strongly preferred.
- Experience with employee relations, benefits administration, payroll support, and compliance.
- Understanding of multi-state employment compliance, required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable facilitating trainings and orientations.
The pay for this position is $38-$41/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
