Our client, an asset management firm based in New York City, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm HR Generalist to support and lead day-to-day HR Operations. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 5+ years of well-rounded Human Resources experience, required.
- Small company experience, required.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration, including renewals and year-end support.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, including postings, screenings, and interview coordination.
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting performance management processes and employee relations matters.
- Resourceful, solutions-oriented, and able to operate independently with minimal direction.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organization.
The pay for this position is $48-$60/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
