- Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination within a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment, required.
- Proven experience managing high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end interview lifecycle coordination, including scheduling, logistics, candidate communications, and feedback tracking.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse and/or Workday, strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism in candidate and stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
The rate for this role is $25-$35/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
