Our client, a high-growth global recruitment and executive search firm, is seeking an HR Business Partner – US to join their People team. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, required.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, required.
- Experience within professional services, staffing/recruiting, financial services, or similarly high-performance industries, strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices across multiple states.
- Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and serving as a strategic HR advisor.
- Hands-on experience managing employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Experience overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, HR operations, and offboarding.
- Ability to support payroll and compensation-related changes, reporting, and HR systems administration.
- Comfortable operating in a highly KPI-driven, fast-moving, and evolving business environment.
- Strong communication, influencing, and coaching skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.
The base salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
