Our client, a high-growth global recruitment and executive search firm, is seeking an HR Business Partner – US to join their People team. This is a highly visible opportunity to support the continued expansion of the U.S. business while partnering closely with senior leadership across a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive and adaptable HR professional with strong employee relations experience, sound business judgment, and the ability to thrive in a scaling organization with evolving processes and priorities.   • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, required.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, required.
  • Experience within professional services, staffing/recruiting, financial services, or similarly high-performance industries, strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices across multiple states.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and serving as a strategic HR advisor.
  • Hands-on experience managing employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Experience overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, HR operations, and offboarding.
  • Ability to support payroll and compensation-related changes, reporting, and HR systems administration.
  • Comfortable operating in a highly KPI-driven, fast-moving, and evolving business environment.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and coaching skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.

The base salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per year.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
