Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Recruiting and Strategic Growth to join its Legal Recruiting team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role responsible for driving the firm’s partner-level recruiting strategy and supporting broader strategic growth initiatives across key practice areas and markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven recruiting professional with strong executive presence, exceptional market insight, and the ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level in a fast-paced, highly professional environment. - Bachelor’s degree required; JD or MBA strongly preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in legal or professional services recruiting, required.
- Direct experience recruiting at the executive or partner level strongly required (e.g., legal partners, consulting partners, or equivalent senior leadership roles).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies and build high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage credibly and confidently with senior partners and stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and earn trust across internal and external stakeholders, including partners and search firms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation, and highly professional environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
The base salary for this position is $175,000-$195,000 per year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
