Our client, a large law firm, is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator/Junior Recruiter to join its growing Talent Acquisition team for a 6-12 month assignment, with potential for extension or conversion. - Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1+ years of recruiting coordination and/or junior recruiting experience, required.
- Prior experience within a law firm, legal services, or professional services environment, preferred.
- Experience with interview scheduling and exposure to early-stage screening.
- Must have prior experience using Workday as an applicant tracking and recruiting platform.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High-energy, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment with 2-3 days per week onsite in the New York City office.
The hourly pay for this role is $30-$48/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
