Our client, a large law firm, is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator/Junior Recruiter to join its growing Talent Acquisition team for a 6-12 month assignment, with potential for extension or conversion. In this role, you will support full-cycle recruiting efforts, partnering closely with HR and business leaders to manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and keep hiring processes running smoothly. • Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of recruiting coordination and/or junior recruiting experience, required.
• Prior experience within a law firm, legal services, or professional services environment, preferred.
• Experience with interview scheduling and exposure to early-stage screening.
• Must have prior experience using Workday as an applicant tracking and recruiting platform.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High-energy, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment with 2-3 days per week onsite in the New York City office.

The hourly pay for this role is $30-$48/hour.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
