Our client, a prominent global investment firm, is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join its New York City team. This role will support the Talent Acquisition function through high-volume interview coordination, recruiting operations, candidate communication, reporting, and process improvement while partnering with recruiters and senior internal stakeholders. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations, required.
- Experience managing high-volume and complex interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, required.
- Experience supporting recruiting within financial services, required.
- Experience partnering with senior-level stakeholders and executive administrative teams throughout the recruiting process, required.
- Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, or comparable recruiting technology, preferred.
The salary for this role is $100K-$120K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
