Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, optimization, and validation of LC-MS/MS assays (MRM mode) and IP assay for quantification of biomarkers, proteins, peptides, cytokines, and metabolites.
- Design and execute workflows for peptide mapping, post-translational modification (PTM) analysis, disulfide bond mapping, and glycosylation analysis.
- Develop fit-for-purpose bioanalytical methods for proteins with complex attributes (e.g., high MW, high glycosylation, unexpected MWs) using advanced enzymatic digestion strategies (deglycosylation, limited proteolysis).
- Support cross-functional groups including expression, reagent, and engineering teams by providing detailed biochemical and analytical characterization of proteins and reagents.
- Conduct advanced data processing and statistical analysis using multiple software from different vendors
- Instrument maintenance and troubleshooting
- Author technical reports, SOP, Electronic notebook
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5~8 years of relevant industry experience, or 3~5 years with a PhD
