What You’ll Do
Quality & User Experience
- Validate new features, enhancements, and defect resolutions across web and mobile experiences.
- Ensure applications function reliably and provide a positive customer experience.
- Evaluate website behavior across multiple browsers, devices, and environments.
Test Planning & Execution
- Create and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and validation strategies based on business requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing activities.
- Coordinate testing efforts across multiple concurrent projects and releases.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and fellow testers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and communicate defects while helping drive successful resolution.
- Track testing progress and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Support quality assurance practices, standards, and testing methodologies.
- Help maintain test data and test environments needed for effective validation.
- Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, coverage, and overall product quality.
What You Bring
- Experience in software quality assurance, website testing, or application testing within a professional environment.
- Background testing customer-facing web applications, ideally in eCommerce or digital commerce environments.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying issues.
- Understanding of software development and testing lifecycles.
- Experience working with business requirements and translating them into effective test coverage.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies and browser behavior.
- Exposure to Agile or similar collaborative delivery environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting large-scale B2B or B2C eCommerce platforms.
- Mobile website or mobile device testing experience.
- Exposure to Microsoft-based technology environments.
- Familiarity with test management, defect tracking, or application lifecycle tools.
- Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Working knowledge of SQL or database validation techniques.
- Understanding of front-end frameworks and modern web application architectures.
