About the Opportunity

What You’ll Do
Enterprise Program Leadership
Help drive complex technology initiatives that support strategic business objectives and operational growth.
- Lead multiple high-priority programs and initiatives simultaneously
- Align project outcomes with organizational goals and technology roadmaps
- Establish delivery plans, success measures, and execution strategies
- Ensure projects stay on track through proactive planning and governance
Portfolio Delivery & Execution
Create consistency, visibility, and accountability across a diverse portfolio of work.
- Coordinate activities across business, technology, infrastructure, and security teams
- Manage priorities, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and resource plans
- Monitor progress through dashboards, metrics, and executive-level reporting
- Address risks and challenges before they impact delivery
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
Build strong partnerships throughout the organization to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts
- Facilitate decision-making among diverse stakeholder groups
- Provide clear program updates and recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead governance forums, steering meetings, and status reviews
Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement
Support a culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and delivery excellence.
- Mentor project managers and other delivery professionals
- Promote project management best practices and consistent methodologies
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and delivery effectiveness
- Support organizational change, communication, and adoption efforts
Vendor & Partner Management
Guide relationships with external partners and service providers.
- Coordinate third-party delivery activities
- Align vendors with program objectives and performance expectations
- Monitor commitments, risks, and service outcomes
What You Bring

Typically, successful candidates offer:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Significant experience leading enterprise technology programs, portfolios, or large project environments
- Background overseeing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and business functions
- Experience working within matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority
- Knowledge of modern project and program delivery practices
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Success managing budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and organizational change activities
- Experience supporting enterprise implementations, technology transformations, integrations, or large organizational transitions
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Familiarity with both traditional and adaptive delivery approaches, including Agile-based environments

- Experience with technology integration, separation, merger, or transformation programs
- Familiarity with project delivery and collaboration platforms
- Spanish language proficiency
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within large organizations
