IT Administrator (Mac / Creative Environment)
Must Haves
- 7+ years of IT support experience in a creative, media, production, or entertainment environment
- Strong hands-on support experience with Apple hardware and macOS
- Experience providing white-glove support to C-Level executives
- Strong Google Workspace administration/support experience
- Experience supporting Windows 11 environments
- Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing
- Experience deploying and troubleshooting Mac and Windows workstations
- Experience with video conferencing, A/V support, and collaboration tools
- Experience supporting M365, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills
Nice to Have
- Apple or Microsoft certifications
- Experience with Sophos Anti-Virus
- Fortinet networking experience
- Identity & Access Management experience
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1-3 support for hardware, software, systems, and user access issues
- Configure, deploy, and support Mac and Windows devices
- Administer Google Workspace accounts and permissions
- Support conference rooms, video conferencing, and A/V systems
- Troubleshoot network, VPN, and connectivity issues
- Install and manage business applications and cloud-based tools
- Maintain backups and support recovery processes
- Deliver high-touch executive and end-user support in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in on-call support and critical issue resolution
