Job Overview
The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team and lead all finance and accounting functions. This executive will play a critical role in improving financial visibility, enhancing business processes, supporting growth initiatives, and partnering with leadership to drive strong business performance.
Duties
- Lead accounting, finance, treasury, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting functions.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team.
- Enhance financial and operational reporting capabilities.
- Manage banking, financing, cash flow, and risk management activities.
- Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability and accountability.
- Drive process improvements, systems optimization, and organizational efficiencies.
- Develop and mentor the finance and accounting team.
- Support strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Senior finance leadership experience, ideally as a CFO.
- Experience in project-driven or operationally intensive industries preferred.
- Strong expertise in project accounting, FP&A, cash flow management, and operational finance.
- Experience leading business process improvements and organizational change.
- Banking, treasury, and capital management experience.
- ERP, business intelligence, and financial reporting systems experience.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on leadership approach.
