Job Overview

The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team and lead all finance and accounting functions. This executive will play a critical role in improving financial visibility, enhancing business processes, supporting growth initiatives, and partnering with leadership to drive strong business performance.

Duties

• Lead accounting, finance, treasury, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting functions.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team.
• Enhance financial and operational reporting capabilities.
• Manage banking, financing, cash flow, and risk management activities.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability and accountability.
• Drive process improvements, systems optimization, and organizational efficiencies.
• Develop and mentor the finance and accounting team.
• Support strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Senior finance leadership experience, ideally as a CFO.
• Experience in project-driven or operationally intensive industries preferred.
• Strong expertise in project accounting, FP&A, cash flow management, and operational finance.
• Experience leading business process improvements and organizational change.
• Banking, treasury, and capital management experience.
• ERP, business intelligence, and financial reporting systems experience.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on leadership approach.
