This role will focus on managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and projects, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of administrative experience and brings outstanding organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.

- Responsibilities include managing executive calendars and coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders; preparing agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up communications; monitoring projects and ensuring deadlines and action items remain on track; handling email correspondence, information flow, and administrative requests; assisting with budget tracking, reconciliations, and operational reporting; supporting recurring academic and institutional initiatives, events, and space coordination; providing administrative support to senior leadership and serving as a key point of contact across the organization.
- The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of administrative, coordination, or support experience; exceptional organizational and time-management abilities; strong calendar management and scheduling experience; confidence interacting with senior leadership, staff, and diverse constituencies; a proactive, relationship-driven approach with excellent communication skills; high attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
