Our client, a nationally recognized organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a senior technology executive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role blends traditional executive support with project coordination, offering significant visibility across the organization. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of executive assistant experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a high-volume setting.

- Responsibilities include managing a complex and frequently changing executive calendar; coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and related logistics; preparing materials, presentations, and correspondence; supporting special projects and tracking key priorities; serving as a liaison across internal and external stakeholders; managing expenses and administrative processes; and handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leaders; outstanding organizational and time management skills; strong communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology platforms; a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; exceptional attention to detail; and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
