Accounting Manager

This position will oversee day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. Keys:

• Manage month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and compliance functions
• Review subcontractor billing and contract-related accounting activities
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and union payroll requirements
• Support financial audits, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Partner with project teams and operational leadership
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Lead and mentor accounting staff while remaining involved in daily operations

Required:

• 5+ years of construction accounting experience
• Construction industry background
• Strong month-end close experience
• Hands-on management style
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
