Seeking for a Senior Accountant to take ownership of key areas of the month-end close while helping drive process improvements, system enhancements, and accounting transformation initiatives. This role offers broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to play a critical role in an upcoming ERP implementation.
Responsibilities
- Own key areas of the monthly close, including cash, payroll, intercompany, prepaids, fixed assets, and leases
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting packages
- Perform balance sheet and P&L flux analysis and provide insights to leadership
- Lead audit requests and manage relationships with external auditors
- Support ERP implementation, process automation, and internal control enhancements
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, People, and executive leadership teams
- Help build scalable accounting processes to support continued company growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Technology industry experience required
- Strong understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, and working with external auditors
- CPA, CPA candidate, or public accounting background preferred
- Experience with ASC 842 and ASC 606
- ERP experience, preferably NetSuite implementations or migrations
- Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
