Location: Cherry Hill, NJ – Mostly remote but must be able to come on site 4 times a year for meetings.
Salary: 45-50K
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support to employees in field and office environments nationwide.
- Support over 50 applications, with varying levels of complexity.
- Provide first-level support primarily via phone (approximately 75% of interactions).
- Communicate effectively through phone, email, and chat.
- Handle 15-20 support tickets per day.
- Collaborate within a team of approximately 20 members in a Microsoft-based environment.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree required).
- Highly motivated with strong initiative.
- Open-minded and eager to learn.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable troubleshooting issues over the phone.
